SPECIAL NOTE FOR FOOD VENDORS

Food Vendors:

       Please note that any vendor/exhibitor providing any food, drink, or consumable items must fill out an application form for the County of Ventura Environmental Health Department.  It must be submitted to the Event Organizer along with applicable fees payable to VEHD.  The event organizer will submit them.

       All such vendors must be inspected the day of the event prior to receiving a temporary permit.  The time of the inspection will be determined and you will be advised.  Failure to pass the inspection or failure to be ready for inspection may result in denial of permit and subsequent inability to operate at Earth Day.  Either failure would be vendor responsibility; no refunds will be issued.

       Vendors giving free samples of pre-packaged or prepared foods are subject to the same requirements.

       Once accepted by Earth Day Camarillo, all food vendors must provide insurance certificates with additional insured endorsements naming Camarillo Community Gardens and Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park Department.
